In the paper , some key techniques which are dealt with in the system implement have been discussed , such as the principle of video encoding and compressing , mpeg compressing standard , the principle of streaming media , realtime transport protocol ( rtf ) , real - time transport control protocol ( rtcp ) , real time streaming protocol ( rtsp ) , the network architecture ; the technique of ethernet and the programming technique of realization of network communication , etc . based on the above key techniques , a simple , valid and inexpensive solution to rebuild existent traditional surveillance system is supplied in this dissertation 本文分析了現(xiàn)有模擬監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)討論了視頻編碼壓縮原理, mpeg壓縮標(biāo)準(zhǔn),流媒體技術(shù)原理,實(shí)時(shí)傳輸協(xié)議rtp ,實(shí)時(shí)傳輸控制協(xié)議rtcp ,實(shí)時(shí)流協(xié)議rtsp ,網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu),以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信編程技術(shù)等系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中所涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)?;谏鲜鲫P(guān)鍵技術(shù),本文提出了傳統(tǒng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化改造的一種簡(jiǎn)單可行且成本低廉的解決方案。
